After your Registration Statement has been declared effective and your company is trading, we will continue to help you in the following areas: Coordinating your 10-K (annual report) and 10-Q (quarterly reports) filing requirements Evaluating and updating your strategic plan and business strategy Advising you with regard to potential acquisitions and managing your company as a publicly traded entity Throughout the process we will be available to you at all times to answer any questions that you may have.  Our role is to give you a measure of comfort throughout this entire process and to assist you in areas that you otherwise would have to rely on your lawyers for at a hefty hourly rate.  If you decide to hire L2 Consulting, we will agree on an overall compensation package for our services.
